Horrible 1st experience. Signed up for pool opening and weekly service. Pool was never opened correctly they left hooks in water feature wall. Didn’t open my water bowls. Failed to show up for 1st weeks maintenance and indicated they fell behind because of weather. 2nd week maintenance no show. When I called to find out why they indicated they could no longer honor coming on Thursday’s (as agreed to prior to signing up for maintenance) and told if Mondays or Tuesdays wouldnt work then no hard feelings.
