Not professional! I had to re-wash floors and dust under tables. All of my tile in living area and baths, was filmy and dirty. I messaged Crystal to cancel my next appt on March 22nd. She didn’t call me back to apologize or offer to come back and make things right. I’ve used this group of girls at least 6 times, hoping for better service and I continue to be completely, unsatisfied. Deb in The Villages
