Please check under the hood after you get service here! I took my car in for a regular oil change and overall check to make sure everything was in good shape. Obviously I did not check under the hood after my appointment, because you usually TRUST that they have checked everything and have done thier JOB. Unfortunately I am now missing the cabin ac filter cover, and only noticed due to getting my vehicle detailed recently. 0 stars, BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST DEALERSHIPS IN THE COACHELLA VALLEY, I spoke to Josh, Leo, Daryl, and another lady just for an update and none of them could give one after 3 days. As a Jeep owner all that was needed was a diagnostic test on a laptop and all Josh was able to give me was a spin around with a bunch of lies about a pending code and saying sorry about confusing my number which is a LIE because my number was filed and messaged when I was there. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. They billed and estimated 8 hour for GENERAL maintenance, and estimated north of $1500. So unless you’re ok with that, you’re better off servicing your vehicle elsewhere and get better quality service.
Scott and Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate me when I found a vehicle online for sale at Crystal Chrysler dealership. They were willing to communicate via text and make themselves available when I could make it in. It is the fastest car buying process I have ever gone through and Kevin even took the time to show me various functions about the vehicle and immediately address a low tire indicator.
