Went to check for a vehicle I liked online at this dealership. Arrived and was greeted by John. No pressure and very helpful. I was dressed for for yard work and a bit disheveled as this was last minute decision to go to deership but John was quick to help non the less. Decided to trade in my vehicle and began the process. Service is handled thru a chatbot. The AI chat bot is not helpful nor effective. It appears to be a huge waste of money that gives the customer wrong information and prevents the dealership from making money and servicing their customer base.
Took my 2023 Nissan in for a selling estimate and they gave me an insultingly low ball offer. It only has 11000 miles on it. I got an offer that was $3500 more from Carmax!
