I have had prior good experiences with this location. However, my A/C evaporator and compressor needed to be replaced as well as 4 new tires. They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and gave me a rental that couldn’t fit my kids and their car seats in it, after I told them I had 2 kids. Barely any updates were provided throughout the process (I had to reach out for most updates) and when they did finish my car, the alignment needed to be re-done. Being female, I have experienced condescending behavior from salesmen at other dealerships in the past, and have simply walked away. We rolled up into CDJR Brooksville in search of a new 3500 Ram for our wholesale nursery operation.
