Writing ⭐ 1 STAR — “MANAGER’S SPECIAL” THAT ISN’T ACTUALLY THE PRICE Extremely misleading advertising and a complete waste of my time. The vehicle was advertised on their website at a special discounted price, clearly labeled as a “Manager’s Special.” To any reasonable customer, that implies the dealership is running a special sale and that this is the price being offered on the vehicle. Came in for a scheduled oil change service when it wasnt too busy and ended up staying for 2 and a half hours. Very bad wait times in the service department.

I have been going to Chrysler Jeep Ram since 2013- 2026. This last visit, I am very unhappy with my interaction with the service advisor, the length of time to obtain parts, and my preferences being ignored. The store has lost service advisors that gave me confidence I was happy where I took my vechicle. I expected better. I received disapointment.

Worked with Dave Wissman for the most part I had a very good experience in dealing for a car (SUV). He knew his stuff concerning the vehicles of interest Test drove three vehicles. He took the time to answer questions, willing to deal. All good! I would not been apposed to an even better deal. Dave, Thank you very much!
