great selection and quality The selection of china and glass ware is impressive. The store is just beautiful to browse. I've found wonderful gifts here for family and friends. Service is courteous and pleasant.
Newer Again I got very poor customer service at this place. I never going to go there again. They engraved over 100 gifts for my employees wrong couple and refused to redo the job. Owner of the place is very rude east German.
Broke my item and failed to insure at my request.Very very very rude whenever contacting them for no apparent reason. Took months longer than quoted and shattered my item. Will see them in court.
