Dr. Carter is very knowledgeable and you can tell that she is passionate about her patients. She don’t come in and just get down to business she come in and the first thing she say is MS. Soinso how have you been? I love that shows her compassion towards her patients. Dr. Carter is one of the best doctors around and if anyone ever need a PCP I will be recommending her.
