I was recommended by my OBGYN to Dr. Carter and I’m so glad I went with her! I was looking for a good black female doctor and I found her!! I have to drive a little ways to her doctor’s office but I don’t mind making that drive to see her! I will be recommending anyone looking for a doctor to her!! 😃
Dr. Crystal Carter was excellent, pleasant and professional as always. She and her nurse… the reception team and the lab team. She took her time to ask me questions and to answer my questions and wonderings and concerns about my health. She was very encouraging to me as a 66 year old and a retired educator with 45 years of experience How she communicates and makes me feel seen and heard are important to me and I truly appreciate it.. I appreciate her understanding of me as her patient and her proactive care of me.
Dr. Carter has an awesome chairside manner and I so enjoyed my first visit with her. She had already studied my chart history and knew more about me than I knew about myself. She was very detailed with what she was going to do and wanted to get as much information as possible about my labs. I don’t ever remember having a doctor’s visit like this. WOW!
