We called Darrin to help us with a pretty severe cat urine situation in (of all places) our living room... 😑 We are still working on resolving the issue, but he has been awesome to work with so far! He even showed up today (Sunday) to do some additional treatment for us. The situation is significantly better and Darrin is convinced he will be able to resolve our problem. I offer my highest recommendation for Crystal Carpet & Upholstery Care!
I have never had my upholstery cleaned professionally until today. I was so pleasantly surprised by the whole experience by Crystal Carpet. First of all, he was able to get us in within 2 days prior to us leaving for the holidays, he was at our house exactly when he said he would be, and he was so kind and did a very detailed job on our furniture. We had Crystal Carpet clean our carpets today and we were very happy with their service. They were careful to put corner guards on the walls to protect from their hoses being dragged around and were very good about wiping up any water that was on the hardwoods. I have worked with many carpet cleaners over the years and I must say these guys were very good and I would recommend them.
Such a good decision using Crystal Carpets! Great communication, fast work and reasonable. Our carpets and furniture came out great!
