Over 50% of my cabinetry order arrived incorrect costing me thousands of dollars in delays. Dismal customer service and response to my situation. Would not recommend.
RecommendedThe kids Christmas party was truly an event you should attend. The party was fabulous for the kids and adults alike. It was well thought out and very organized. All the helpers did just that....helped wherever there was a need. And lastly what can I say about Santa Claus and his Mrs., they were the Best and ready for next year already ❣️Be good and peace and good health to all in the New Year .
Finish faded, cabinet and drawer fronts cracked several of the front panels. This is my second warranty claim. Representative Michael Snow has not responded to my latest phone calls and texts.
I have just had my kitchen and laundry room done with Crystal Cabinets and the result is nothing short of spectacular! I am so in awe of how it looks!

Been doing business with Crystal for 35 years and they nothing but professional and a quality American company.
I am very disappointed in the painted finish of my cabinetry. It has had numerous scratches and chips, which detract from the otherwise beautiful appearance. Having spent many thousands of dollars on what are supposed to be top-quality cabinets, I would have expected much better.
I purchased Crystal French Villa cabinets. I was very disappointed. One cabinet was damaged and I am waiting weeks for the replacement. Two other tall pantry cabinets had cracks in them and I had to wait weeks for refinisher to come and repair them. I paid a lot of money for the cabinets and I expected better quality and craftsmanship. Also I am disappointed with the way the cabinets are finished with seams showing.
