Hahaha this place is getting roasted by the news because they don't complete projects or give out refunds. What kind of scummy person and business are you? How can you rip people off of their hard earned money. Disgusting.
RUN RUN RUN!!!! DO NOT USE BO. HE IS THE WORST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH AND WE BUILT A CUSTOM HOME IN 2017. I WROTE A PREVIOUS REVIEW BUT NOT SURE WHERE IT WENT. HERE IT IS AGAIN! We hired Bo in August of 2020 things started well - was communicative and started our pool in February 2021 -- first 6 weeks went well answered calls, came out when we needed him too, after the 3rd payment ironically he went MIA. I hired Crystal Blue Pools in in the summer of 2020 and after multiple delays they started the pool in December 2020. Work progressed at a slow rate but the pool was mostly completed by June of 2021, but there were unfinished lighting control issues and the capstones for our waterfall weren't completed. Bo asked me to pay the final payment and he would come back and complete the work. My pool was suppose to be finished in April it is now December! He now refuses to answer and he refuses to finish our pool even after paying him $11,700 and over a $4,000 deposit. Worst person to have you do your pool do not use!!!
