Ghosted us mid project. Have not seen or heard from this company since December 2023. Last service was spraying the shotcrete and leaving forms in. Nothing since. Owner ********************************* appears to have lost his contractors license and is now operating as or with Anchor PoolScapes. We have paid Crystal Blue Aqautics more than $80,000.
For a long time we wanted a pool in our garden, but were not sure how to approach this. A friend told us about Crystal Blue Aquatics and we decided to give them a call. And WOW, they delivered! We got this amazing pool installed in our house, made from high end materials and the pricing was affordable, especially considering our wishes. Thank you Crystal Blue, it is hard to get our kids out of the pool these days!
Crystal blue aquatics is the most professional company I have ever worked with! They were on time with finishing, used only quality materials, and the results were above expected! Pricing was very convenient especially for the great work they did, I loved working with this company!
Awesome pool built by Crystal Blue Aquatics! They listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. The process was smooth, they finished fairly quick and the pool is draw dropping! I receive so many compliments and I now have a space where I can spend time with my family at, pricing was way less than expected! I highly recommend Crystal Blue Aquatics!
Crystal Blue Aquatics has maintained my pool for over a year now, and they are the most reliable pool company I have ever worked with! They keep it looking very clean, always come when mentioned they would come, and have many services that benefit me for my pool, making it easy, so I don't have to go looking to hire anyone else for my additional services. If you are looking to build a pool Crystal Blue Aquatics is the best company to go to! They recently built me a very custom pool and I couldn't be happier with the results! I really wanted a pool that wasn't like the normal square pool, I wanted a custom shape that swirled and had a waterfall from the jacuzzi to the pool. Don't hire this company for any service.They were hired by RBMC in WV AND WE RECEIVED TERRIBLE Service. Lifeguards didn't show up and our pools were closed because of this companies poor service and lack of owner taking responsibility to correct the problems!!!! Please find another pool service.
This company had a contract to oversee our pool at River Bend in Falling Waters. We'll let's just say the guards were fine the owner is a piece of work as he couldn't hold up his end of the bargin. As of today he canceled his contract so this has upset many of people looking for a great vacation and holiday weekend to come. I in no way would recommend Jason the owner to do and contracting or work what so ever for anything.if he can't get guards to service a pool correctly how can he build one correctly.
This company managed the pool at a private park owned by members. They were awful. The pool was shut down numerous times for the chemicals not being correct. The lifeguards were late , left early closing the pool early , refused to let people in all the pools because they wanted to sit together and couldn't watch all the pools. In other words they came when they wanted, left when they wanted and did what they wanted to when they were there.
