Absolute pleasure working with the staff at InterRent. My admin, Maureen, was incredibly helpful and a joy to speak with. She sorted out all of the issues I presented to her with ease and care. As a first time renter, this is definitely the correspondence you want! I felt taken care of, which made the leasing experience stress free. I would recommend InterRent, and if you have the pleasure to speak with Maureen, you will not be disappointed.
I have lived at the Crystal Beach apartments for 5+ years and have had such a wonderful experience here. The property is well-maintained and clean and the superintendent Luc is so nice and always willing to help.

What an amazing place to rent! I’m at 3 Crystal Beach apartments and the building is clean and always in great working order. Every time I’ve had to put in a work order for minor repairs, Luc and his team are prompt, always kind and supper quick, efficient and fix the issue with a smile. I recommend renting here and if you meet Luc, make sure to say hi! I love living here.
Luc, our maintenance guy is great!! Keeps the place clean and was very helpful when I locked myself out of my unit! Great place to live!
