Kai has been the most helpful throughout our entire leasing process. Since were moving from out of state we can only communicate through call, text, and email. Trying to get a hold of someone for questions has been the biggest hassle and we’ve left many messages however, it seems Kai is the only person who gets back to us same day if not within a few minutes even on their days off. Highly recommend Kai!!!
The maintenance guy Josh has been very helpful and has been nothing but respectful towards myself and my wife. The apt complex has a great maintenance supervisor and team working along his side. I recommend this location to those looking for a new place to stay!

He is incredibly dependable and always quick to respond whenever something needs attention.
