Update as of August 2026: Knocking down two stars as all the recent changes and abysmal communication to residents. Office hours are reduced to Monday-Wednesday but every time I go within the scheduled hours nobody is there. Additionally, the times I do see someone in the office, it's a completely new person who I've never seen before and they know nothing about the property. Would not recommend!!!!! Don’t be fooled by the website…, there is no controlled access, no pool, no playground, no basketball court, no visitor parking !!!!! 5 managers in the last year since Thrive took over . In September they entered multiple units in my building with NO given notice!!!…. Still have kids on staff that don’t how many hours are in 48 hours when they actually give notice 😳🧐🤷♀️ Only good thing is Josh and his maintenance staff. Leasing office staff is amazing! Very quick and easy process getting set up and very accommodating considering our circumstances moving in. As for the community, it's okay. Lots of potholes in the parking lot, not enough spaces, and there are several lights that are out or flicker that maintenance doesn't seem to do anything about. The apartments themselves arent bad necessarily, older but affordable and in a decent spot. The management is lacking in communication and follow through in improvements. Zero notice for things that impact sleep and comfortability and no notice for unit inspections. The pool is closed and has been for years now with no timeline on readiness. Most units dont have washer and dryer and almost all fixtures and cabinets are painted over to hide how old they are and how cheap they are. Outside of price and location the management ... read more
Crystal Bay maintenance department (Josh) has done a great job responding to maintenance and repair issues in a timely fashion. He has done an excellent job in resolving the issues at hand on two separate projects.
