The apartments themselves arent bad necessarily, older but affordable and in a decent spot. The management is lacking in communication and follow through in improvements. Zero notice for things that impact sleep and comfortability and no notice for unit inspections. The pool is closed and has been for years now with no timeline on readiness. Crystal Bay maintenance department (Josh) has done a great job responding to maintenance and repair issues in a timely fashion. He has done an excellent job in resolving the issues at hand on two separate projects.
Kai has been the most helpful throughout our entire leasing process. Since were moving from out of state we can only communicate through call, text, and email. Trying to get a hold of someone for questions has been the biggest hassle and we’ve left many messages however, it seems Kai is the only person who gets back to us same day if not within a few minutes even on their days off. Highly recommend Kai!!!
The maintenance guy Josh has been very helpful and has been nothing but respectful towards myself and my wife. The apt complex has a great maintenance supervisor and team working along his side. I recommend this location to those looking for a new place to stay!

He is incredibly dependable and always quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Every time I’ve submitted a request, Josh shows up promptly, explains what’s going on, and fixes the issue with professionalism and care.
