Showed up in Chattanooga flying my plane back across the country. Took off and noticed I wasn’t making any amps, Brian was able to troubleshoot minor issues while he was clearly busy with a full schedule. Hung out at the FBO and talked with the instructors and my experience here was nothing but excellent with instructors who clearly want what’s best for their students and mechanics who really do try to help even when they are up to their eyeballs in work!

To say that I am very happy with Crystal Air is a HUGE understatement... I unfortunately had to overhaul the engine on my RV6 this year. The mechanic who took the engine off turned out to be "Not the best person in the world." I called Taylor at Crystal Air, and he put me in touch with one of his lead mechanics. The new engine was sitting on the hangar floor, and within a couple of days, it was back on my airplane. I visited all the flight schools in the Chattanooga area before deciding overwhelmingly to go with Crystal Air. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, helpful. The facilities are nice, clean, and updated. Fleet of planes are newer and well maintained. Excited to start the journey to become a pilot with Crystal Air!
