Took almost 4min of prompts just to get someone on the phone to schedule a new pt appt. The lady then explains they schedule out 2 weeks for new pts… “ok, no problem, I wanted to schedule for a Friday (2 weeks out)”… “oh no you have to call back this Friday in order to get that Friday, we are only scheduling today for Wednesday in 2 weeks”. Dumbest thing I’ve heard.
Very professional and supportive, would definitely recommend her.
