Extremely Poor company not sure how they are even still in business. They are great at communication on the sale side but once you have your machine GOOD LUCK, any problems are up to you. Johnny Mann was the only decent person at this place and once he left zero help at all. Doesn't matter how many times you try and contact them THEY WILL NOT get back to you. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! The only thing worse than their machines is their lack of integrity and poor customer service. My machine has NEVER worked properly and they have blamed everyone from nitrogen distributors to my techs never taking on responsibility. One time they sent a “tech” To my office, I think the guy was actually an electrician and he had never even seen a Cryo chamber before let alone worked on one. I wouldn’t even give this company one star. I bought one of their machines. Communication about the chamber in the beginning and getting the money to them was great. Once they got the money, it was total ghosting. I’m having issues with my chamber, which is a newer model, They have not responded to me to help. I have left VMs, I have text messages… I have emails. Trying to get in touch with someone. Our chamber has been a continued issue. They sent a “tech” out nice guy but had no idea what he was doing. My unit blows straight to the ground, doesn’t seal properly I’m guessing and caused my floor to shatter.
