Cryomend is a fabulous treatment center with very current offerings, like infrared light therapy and compression to help mobilize your limbs. I highly recommend a visit.
From the welcoming atmosphere to the knowledge of the staff and effectiveness of treatments, Cryomend is a quiet gem for recovery and self care. Most recently I received localized cryotherapy for a shoulder injury. Though skeptical, the treatment has already resulted in more mobility and less pain in less than 24 hrs. All of the other services are fabulous - get a membership! Totally worth it because you will want to return again and again.
