I had my first experience today in both the full body freezing and the facial. The full body is only three minutes and I felt wonderful afterwards. The facial takes about 10 minutes and it really tightened my skin. I left feeling rejuvenated and will repeat both experiences for sure. I´m positive that repeat treatments will be even more beneficial that just this first one. Plus, my technician Sandra was super helpful and friendly and put me at ease through it all. Thank you team!
I was extremely impressed by the knowledgable and friendly staff at this location, they made me feel quite welcomed and shared with me a lot of information about cryo. I will definitely be returning here when training begins for my next triathlon or marathon.

Awesome service. They are super nice, after my marathon my friend told me he registered for the full body cryo therapy and I spontaneously joined. It was extremely cold, I think it helped because I was running another marathon the day after... kidding. But I did go for a jog, still tired but probably better than if I didn’t. Ice bath on steroids.
