The owner, Amy, was very sweet and patient. She explained everything and what it’s for. I did the trifecta of red light, cryo, and compression services. I’m not sure if this is supposed to happen, but my skin even feels tighter. It was very relaxing and I felt great after leaving! I can’t wait to go back ❤️
I have Always done the benefits of cryo-therapy through my time playing professional soccer. I have used before over the world but finally I found a facility locally in Destin and I can feel the results every time I use the CRYO850 facility. Amy and her team are wonderful and strongly recommend youth athletes and older athletes to visit and enjoy all the benefits of CRYO865.

This was my first time doing Cryo, red light, and using Normatec. I really enjoyed it and will be back soon! Very nice facility and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Awesome facility...amazing staff!! Amy and company did a fabulous job working with our high school football team on recovery between tournament games!! Highly recommend!
Amy and her staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The services they provide are great for muscle recovery, help speed up injuries, inflammation and much more, including facials and body scans. I highly recommend Cryo850 to assist in your fitness goals and overall body needs. It has personally helped with hip joint pain for me. There’s something for everyone here!
