i do not recommend this vendor for Cryo or any of services offered here. There are now other similar offerings in the area that are much more knowledgeable, service-oriented to clients, and considerably less-expensive. For the few months my bf was a client we witnessed the owner act repeatedly in a manner what we considered to be extremely unprofessional- both on the phone and in person to her staff.
