Amazing place! Very much a spa feel with all the top grade health and wellness equipment you can ask for! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Cryo Republic. John was so helpful and knowledgeable which made my experience that much better. As someone who works out and plays sports regularly, I’ve been looking into recovery options. I tired the red light, cryotherapy, sauna pod, and leg compression boots. I can immediately notice a difference. I look forward to coming back regularly!
My 2 granddaughters came in with sprained ankles and John did his localized cryotherapy and after 3 days they were walking fine. I have pickleball knee and the treatments have helped immensely. John is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Extremely professional across the board. Always go above and beyond! John is simply the best. He is extremely caring.
