Out of a recommendation of a friend, I looked up the closest location for these services near me. I tried their infrared sauna for the first time. I have NEVER been able to relax on my own. I left feeling the most relaxed and had the best sleep that night. 1000000% recommend this to anyone who struggles with relaxing. This has help me immensely it’s helping me circulate my blood to my organs to my heart. I have a lung disease and my lungs aren’t functioning to move my blood around which our lungs do and so this helps the circulation to do what my lungs can’t do much of like 100% my LUNGS can only do 60% when I come out of their after the compressions I feel like I’m 30 years old and I’m 70 right now there is no cure for my lung disease , but this helps me a lot and I so appreciate it.
