I started cryo to help with my knee after surgery. Then I had to have 2 shoulder surgeries and I realized the pain in the knee went away, but not the shoulder. I started cryo to help with this. I found Cryo Nation has Cryo mini that with localize the treatment to any trouble spot. Between the whole body and mini treatments, I am basically pain free now. I used to stack ice on my body all the time after working out and playing ball. Now Cryo Nation allows me to get done in three minutes what it should take me 20 minutes to do. It is pretty cool and I do recommend it. GREAT for cutting out inflammation.
