Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility. I started cryo in order to help with back and knee pain. Two weeks in, and it seems to helping. My favorite thing is the roller tables. 10 minutes too short! LOL

Love, love, love Cryo Nation!!!! Josh & Sammy are amazing!! I went for a body scan and I was there for 2 hours!! I did the cryo for the first time which was amazing and Josh talked me through my health chart. Josh is very knowledgeable and easy to talk too!! Thanks Cryo Nation I will be back!!

Love the staff! Super friendly. They made sure my 12 year old was totally comfortable every step of the way (she was really nervous). We opted to give cryo a try as an alternative to the traditional ice bath that the soccer coach requires of the girls after each game during tournament season. My daughter feels great after her session. She said going forward she would prefer cryo over the ice bath, hands down!
