My 4yo had been there once before but she had never had any experience going to the dentist at that point and so she did great. This was her 2nd check-up and I wasn't sure what her reaction would be when I told her she had a dentist appt. I was so happy after I told her because she jumped up and said YAY! I didn't expect that no matter how great things went the 1st time. She was relaxed for this appt and things went great! Dr. Rolland was great with me and my girls. I didn't feel rushed and she answered all my questions.
Was I nervous about my 3.5 year old going to dentist for the 1st time- Oh god yes! But they took care of everything and were so sweet with her that it made the whole experience a piece of cake. Cleaning was the only part where she squirmed, but that's to be expected. It was so fast, that I wonder why my grown-up visits have to take so long!

This is our second time to the office, and it was as great as the first time. Very easy check-in and super short wait times. The nurse is very knowledgeable and really good with kids. The doctor spends time with the child and makes sure that the parent understands all of the information. My daughter and I look forward to visiting Miami Children's Smiles in 6 months!
My son loves Dr. Rolland and her staff. They are friendly, courteous and pain free!
We had a great visit at Miami Children Smiles today. They put my daughter at ease by brushing her teeth with bubble gum flavored tooth paste when she said she didn't like mint flavor. This was our first visit to a dentist without tears.
