They offer an array of athlete related & beauty recovery options. I primarily used the sauna. I dont recommend a membership here. The limited amount of hours they are open makes it a challenge to get value from the membership which is currently at $199/mo. Up $75 from 2 years ago. They close at 1pm Friday and Saturday and are closed on Sunday and holidays. Be careful paying In advance for future sessions. Because they have a no refund policy. I asked them for a refund due to me moving farther and their reply is u can avail any service we have, that means I have t travel 3 to 4 hrs just to avail their service coz they don't do refunds at all.
