Be careful paying In advance for future sessions. Because they have a no refund policy. I asked them for a refund due to me moving farther and their reply is u can avail any service we have, that means I have t travel 3 to 4 hrs just to avail their service coz they don't do refunds at all. Joined a membership fee for 3 months and it was up in Jan, so my son confirmed with the front desk when it was done, because we didn’t need to continue. Front desk did not let us know that we had to email them to cancel although he was there telling them. They charged us again in Feb and after multiple calls with no response, the owner Mario texted me, I should have emailed 30 days prior, although my son told them more than 30 days prior. So beware of that, just bad business.
I've been a regular at CryoMe, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff here consistently go above and beyond, making every visit a pleasure.
