I am absolutely loving the cryo sessions! I have had so much more energy since doing them and my mind has been clearer than it has been in a long time! Try a few sessions! You won't regret it! (It's cold...but it's only 2 mins!)

I have had the pleasure of going to Cryo Life for 8+ visits! I have had such amazing results in regards to my energy and collagen levels. I'm a Gyrotonic trainer in the Des Moines and I work out daily, but after having my daughter I was never really able to get my figure back. My cryotherapy sessions have completely tightened my stomach. Its been such an awesome experience to watch the transformation.

After hearing about cryotherapy on various podcasts I reached out to Dr. Zimmerman for the first session. Dr. Zimmerman was very informative and educational on the process and what was occurring during the treatment. Will definitely be back for more sessions.
