Great getting in the cryo after the workout, body feels recovered and ready for the next session.
It was totally amazing! Daniel was so great at explaining the process and talking me through it. I have chronic pain and I have honestly walked out tingling, with a smile on my face! Absolutely would recommend this and can’t wait to do it again!
