I’ve been coming up on cryobody for red light therapy which has amazing benefits the staff is very friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to try to ice baths. The rooms for red light are all very clean and I love the music they play.

I had a great experience at Cryo Body Works. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Everything felt very clean and well organized, including the robes provided. I liked that they let you choose your own Spotify music during the session. I tried the extreme cryotherapy and came out feeling surprisingly light, refreshed, and overall better. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking to try full body cryotherapy or make it part of your recovery routine.
Recovery is more important than the work- whether you roll jiu-jitsu, compete in recreational sports, or just have bodily pain or skin issues, cryo is worth looking into. Carolyn was a great help, getting me in super short-notice, and all staff members have been super professional. Will be going back. (Tell them I sent you so I get a free session!)
