Tried my first cryotherapy session and I honestly feel amazing after just one session! ❄️ The cold was intense at first, but it was quick and surprisingly refreshing. Afterward, I felt energized, less sore, and just overall in a better mood. It’s like a full-body reset. Definitely something I’d do again—especially for recovery and stress relief. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming up on cryobody for red light therapy which has amazing benefits the staff is very friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to try to ice baths. The rooms for red light are all very clean and I love the music they play.
