Excellent service and convenient location
Disappointed to say the least. Received two Groupons as a gift, one for cryotherapy and one for infrared sauna. Was told I couldn’t use them together. The cryotherapy was for 30 minutes, but it was literally two minutes only in the cold chamber, nowhere near 30 minutes. I don’t think they wash the robes after each use, as I was instructed to hang it back up. Used and reused slippers did not seem professional. Not sure why this place has high ratings, will not return. So disappointed.

Offers a lot of treatment options at reasonable prices. Kristen gave me an incredible tour and introduced me to my first cryotherapy. I will be back!
