I give this restaurant 5stars as far as location, scenery, and how beautiful the restaurant is inside & out ,but as far as the FOOD it’s overpriced, needs seasoning/flavor, and I just personally feel like everything is just fried, the last meal I got the mashed potatoes underneath the beef were absolutely horrible,it tasted like box mashed potatoes,I could not even finish it. menu needs work. Food needs work. The McNeese location food is 10 times better as far as qualities, seasoning ,flavor,& pricing
I looked up the restaurant on the Internet,so I thought it was a nice place to treat myself. When I got there the hostess said can I help you??? I was very confused because of all the things I saw on the internet. I told her I thought this was a restaurant? She said it is. After a little bit more of back & forth she finally seated me. Amazing food the best gumbo I've had. Bryson R our waiter was amazing he explained the food with such an amazing description. We did order everything!! Wasn't a fan of the mac an cheese.
