MEYUCCA RAYNER IS BY FAR THE WORST REALTOR IVE MET. She only scheduled showings for what she want and not what you ask for. Will not negotiate asking price or put a offer in has so many excuses to why she didn’t. Told my husband “I’m not getting anything out of this deal and I keep rearranging my Saturday for you which is inconvenient for me” we just wanted out the relationship with her and she would not end it. IF YOU HEAR THAT NAME RUN THE OTHER WAY, or Your BUYING EXPERIENCE WILL BE HELL.
