I would not recommend this group of realtors - especially as buying/dual agents. We used realtor, Christy Webster, to purchase land in May 2024 and have been tremendously disappointed in the process and her communication. She was a dual agent for the property but we trusted she’d still have our best interest in mind. We submitted an offer for the land in March 2024 with the agreement that a drive would be put into the property by April 28, 2024 so we could access the property from the road.
