They don't take care of property like stated in lease. After several calls still not resolved and the neighbors are starting to complain they let grass get to your knees before they will cut, weeds all over side of building and back porch

My mother rented from them for 3 years. When she left their unit, they took pictures before the apartment was completely cleaned and then used some of them as to the reason as to why she cannot get her deposit returned. Also there was water damage from a roof leak that she was apparently responsible to repair and repairs to crown molding where it separated throughout the entire place due to it settling. Do not rent from these people.
