I wanted to update my review. Brooke Tanumijaya is now Brooke Primm with Lee Realty Group. Brooke, you have helped us navigate the selling and relocating process on two separate occasions. With the recent death of my father we were faced with many questions: does Mom need to downsize and move, do I need to sell and move in with Mom, etc. etc. Thank you so much Brooke for guiding us thru this process and going above and beyond for us. Complete lack of customer service and professionalism. They are quick to take your money but it takes weeks to get a response out of someone. Informed by the property manager that he is too busy to return phone calls. The people I've dealt with have had major attitudes and act as though you are beneath them. Don't waste your time with these people.

1 star because you have to. Do yourself a favor and rent ANYWHERE else. We had to call code enforcement on ourselves to get repairs done. Good luck getting someone to call you back, or answer the phone.... maybe if you're late with rent they'll call you.

If you're a property owner, my advice is to STAY AWAY! This management company doesn't want your business! At one time my daughter had multiple properties listed with them. Prior to Crye Leike ,all of her properties were well taken care and with excellent maintenance records. Once she signed on with Crye Leike, she racked up nearly $2000 per year in so called property maintenance repairs. They could rarely produce receipts or documents to support their work. They WILL ignore your phone calls and emails if you question their ... read more
