1year lease. 2months without heat in winter, over 1 month without a.c. in the summer, several weeks without water. Did I mention the electrical issues? And now I notified them that raccoons were in the attic 2 months ago and they didnt send anyone out till 2 weeks ago. Since then they caught one and let the others die in the attic and are decaying and smell of death in the house and still nothing. The worst real estate/property management company I've ever seen! I wouldnt buy a house from them if they gave it to me for free.... read more
