We used Cryan for several years. Always trying to upsell their services. Boarded our dog while on vacation, she came home with a bad case of fleas. They are expensive. We now have a new puppy and a new Vet and are happy with both.
This place is absolutely wonderful. The whole staff are so kind and caring. It really does feel like they really know you and your pets. You're not just another face or another animal when you walk in or even call. Dr. Balazs even personally emailed me a few weeks after seeing us to check on us and to give us extra information and suggestions for things to add to our dog's diet as well as OTC shampoos to try because our dog had been having a pretty bad allergy flare.
