We really enjoyed our stay! We happened to be there during a once-in-a-lifetime event during which the peninsula roads flooded. Shauntelle was very accommodating during an uncertain time and was even willing to let us stay an extra night if we couldn't get out. She was very quick to provide everything we needed, including many towels for our large group. The place itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. While there was no A/C, they provided ample box fans to keep everyone cool. Overall a great stay!
Fantastic Host, House, and in a Perfect Location! Our family of 13 enjoyed gathering at this home over a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding nearby, 11 of us staying at the home very comfortably including 3 kids 1-7 yrs old. The location can not be beat! The kids and adults loved the easy access to the beach across the street, beach combing for treasures, the many shops, cafes, and a playground very close by. We definitely love this beachfront property for its prime location, being situated right by the ocean, and having the convenience of shops, grocery stores, seafood market and the must-see places in the Orange County area . All these are either just a walking distance from the property or less than a 30-minute drive. This was such a great property for my family and friends vacation. We had such a great time and the beach house was absolutely beautiful. Shauntelle was excellent and very accommodating to all of our needs. The communication was 10 out of 10! Definitely felt like we got the VIP experience. Would 100% stay here again! Can’t wait to come back next year.
We rented the whole house (plan A and B) for a group of 24 adults and 2 toddlers. Our family had a wonderful time staying at the beachfront house. The house had enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The host, Shauntelle was very accommodating. She provided extra bath towels, beach towels, and Keurig coffee pods during our stay.
