We loved this house right on the beach. It’s modern & clean. There were 22 of us in our group and we all fit comfortably. The hostess Shauntelle was fantastic to work with. She called a few days before we checked in to explain what to expect when we arrived, and that helped everything go smoothly. The house is within a short walking distance to the Balboa island ferry and has lots of great eating options close by.
Great location, close to the fun zone and balboa pier. Owner was really easy to work with. Plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas. House was clean. We enjoyed going to Cruisers for dinner and Lombardy’s for lunch. Shauntelle was very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. My family had a wonderful stay!
Rented a house for a birthday weekend in Newport and the Shauntelle was awesome. I asked if we could check out a little later given the late night we had for the birthday girl, and not only did they let us check out 3 hours after the time posted, but they also let us check in 3 hours early so we could enjoy the beach. We also had a lot of people staying with us and provided us all the extra bedding and towels for no extra charge. My family and I had an awesome stay at this property. The property was very clean. We were a large group and did not feel crowded. I love that there were 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had lots of great kitchen appliances and tools. There was even a crockpot. Shauntelle was the property manager I worked with. She gave us a VIP experience.
