Our stay at 510 Oceanfront was an amazing experience. From the time we booked the property to the final check-out, everything worked very smoothly and seamlessly. This beach house exceeded our Christmas expectations. I have been doing VRBO for over 10 years and our host Shantelle was probably the most attentive we have ever had. She graciously gave us a late check out because the next guests weren't arriving until the next day. Most of the living is done upstairs because the table is huge and we had a blast playing cards up there every night, and of course the view is spectacular. 510 E Oceanfront, Newport Beach, CA. Great place, plenty of room for the whole family, Shauntelle was great! fast communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchens were fully stocked, everything you need to cook meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms are updated. I highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time at the Newport beach house last weekend with 10 friends to celebrate the 60th birthday for two of us. The house is beautiful, spacious, and all the beds are super comfortable. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets! It’s in the perfect location with a very short walk to the Balboa pier.
