We had an amazing time at the Newport beach house last weekend with 10 friends to celebrate the 60th birthday for two of us. The house is beautiful, spacious, and all the beds are super comfortable. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets! It’s in the perfect location with a very short walk to the Balboa pier. Shauntelle was an excellent host, super welcoming and detail oriented. The house was perfect for our group of 20. Plenty of bathrooms which made getting ready a breeze. The location was amazing with everything within walking distance. We had a wonderful trip!
This was a fabulous place for our large family gathering! Shauntelle, the host, was super helpful and attentive. The location was amazing. Steps from the sand. The house had two kitchens stocked with everything you need. Plenty of linens. Slept 27 easily. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were an added bonus! We would love to come stay again! Great beach rental for a family get together. We were able to enjoy the beach, the boardwalk and Disneyland. Shauntelle was very responsive and provided our group with the extras that made to beach a wonderful experience with young children. We rented both units and were able to grill and cook some meals at home. All necessary kitchen items were available. We loved our large family retreat at this beautiful beach house! The location couldn’t be better — right along the oceanfront and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and the pier. Everything we needed was close by, and it was only about a 25–30 minute drive to Disneyland, which made it super convenient for our trip.
