Shauntelle was a very attentive host, ensuring a smooth check in and stay. She was very communicative and provided everything we needed before the stay and throughout it. I definitely recommend booking with her, it was a seamless, great experience! The place itself was also as advertised, great location and accommodations.
Stayed at a property in Newport Beach for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend. Shauntelle was very communicative leading up to our stay and even followed up afterwards. They provided lots of documents and pictures in a welcome packet a few days before our stay. Property was very clean and well managed. Highly recommend staying here for family/friend trips to the beach and local to many different attractions in Balboa.
The location is priceless. The home was perfect. We were on the boardwalk and close to everything. We will definitely come and stay again. Shauntelle was such a great host. She took care of every detail. The check in was easy and thorough. I knew how to work everything. They had set the passcode to a number they knew would be easy for me. Everything was very personal. We had 11 people in our party and the first floor was perfectly comfortable.
We stayed at East Ocenfront house over the last week end to attend our son’s Math Day ceremony at UCI. The place was more that sufficient for our family of 27 people with ages ranging from 4 to 60+. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the extra futons turned into real comfortable beds. The location was perfect, you can literally walk bare foot to the beautiful beach. The house was incredible, located right on the beach and bike path, with easy parking right in front. The views from the deck of the beach were stunning, making it a perfect gathering space. Shauntelle's customer service was exceptional—she made sure we had everything we needed for our large group of 25, including extra sheets, towels, and blankets. She also walked us through the house to ensure we knew where everything was. I've never experienced such incredible customer service with a VRBO. She was great to work with."
