Highly recommended! Our large group had an amazing experience staying at Shauntelle’s beachfront property in Newport Beach. Shauntelle was wonderful from the moment we booked. She communicated clearly, showed me around the property, and remained attentive and accommodating throughout our entire stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Shauntelle was so sweet & a great host. Check-in was easy via Facetime. She made sure we were provided with all requested extra towels, bedding, etc. & made sure we understood how everything worked (ceiling fans, tv, etc.). The place has an open floorplan and was spacious, allowing us to play games at the table while everyone else gathered around in the kitchen. There's plenty of seating in the family room. Our recent stay at this Newport Beach upstairs residence was truly a perfect end of summer before school for our adult children and three grandchildren. The location was perfect with the beach within steps and Balboa Island just a couple of blocks away. The grandkids (6 and two 7 year olds) loved being together, walking to the beach, getting ice cream and riding the ferry to Balboa Island. Shauntelle was a very responsive host being available 24/7. We had such a great experience from the beginning to the end of our stay here. Shauntelle was very thorough and professional with excellent VIP care. The house was immaculate, clean and beach friendly. This was a special weekend for us and our daughter celebrating her Sweet 16. Shauntelle was very accommodating to ensure our stay was perfect.
