This was not a good experience at all. When I received my car back, the smoke port cables were damaged. The cord they installed fell out after only one month, even though it was never pulled on or handled roughly. When the AUX cord is plugged in, the device will not connect to CarPlay right away. On top of that, after getting my car back, I can no longer hear my blinkers or any sensor alerts — they no longer make any sound.
