I recently had tires installed at this shop, and right after that my car started vibrating. When I went back, they tried to tell me the issue was with my control arm, which was not true. After getting a second opinion, it turned out the problem was actually with the tires they installed. Also, one of the lug nuts was overtightened and got damaged, and they refused to take responsibility.
