Came same day that I called. Went above and beyond. Provided education so I could make the right decision for the hardware I needed. Super friendly and was able to get the work done while I was in a work meeting. Will use for any other services I need done. Highly recommend.
Cruz Family Plumbing came out today and fixed a broken sewer/gray water pipe under our raised foundation home. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Christian was clear, upfront, and honest about the entire process. He explained what needed to be done and kept us informed the whole time. Anthony, his son, was equally professional and helpful. The whole experience with Cruz Plumbing was great. Joel walked me through the process, cost options, and provided updates along the way. Joel and team were responsive and communicated well. I will definitely call them again if any other issues arise.
We had a water jet cleaning of the main drain. We've had it done before but Christian from Cruz plumbing was the best so far. Very thorough and left work space cleaner than it was before.
