Price has gone UP, Quality has gone DOWN It use to feel like they really care and your car looked amazing after the wash. Now they are just trying to get as many as through as possible. No wipe down of my leather seats or dash board. Many spots still covered with dirt.
There’s just no way the reviews are this high. They must be farming them out. Was in area and thought I’d give them a try. Even saw a line of cars and was totally stoked… thought it was legit. Paid the $40 high end, which includes interior. Suffice to say only part of interior they cleaned were the floor mats. Rest was obviously a simple pass with the vacuum. They didn’t even wipe down the interior. What a joke.
Horrible place, will never go back again. They ruined my car by using some random polish and when I called them about it they tried to make some excuse up. Never take your car here, they are absolutely rude and their service is horrible.
I love Cruz N Shine Car Wash. I've been an unlimited customer for almost 3 years and get the exterior washed 2 times a week and the interior maybe every other week. My car feels brand new everytime I leave. I highly recommend the unlimited deal!
I’ve been here a few times now and the experience is always top-tier. The Diamond Wah is my go-to. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough every single visit. I tend to keep a lot in my car, and they never rush me while I unload everything into my storage wagon. I also drive a Tesla, and it’s such a relief that they already know how to handle car wash mode….no explaining needed. It makes the whole process seamless.
