This is the worst operated automated car wash I have ever used. The car wash has no people that are available at the site. When machines are broken, you either loss your money or you can damage your car. Don't get your car washed here. Avoid it at all cost. Your car wil not get clean. They have poles all over the place you run the risk of hitting your car. Go tot he main land for a nice wash.
