Very friendly staff. Never have had any issue and been going to her for 8 years now.
So glad to have found this dentist. Came for a filling, and it turned out I didn’t actually need a filling! It was a shadow on an X-ray. I am so thankful I didn’t get a filling needlessly. Very knowledgeable & explained everything.
Update: My husband and I both spoke with Dr. Cruz today after our cleanings, to inquire about what happened before regarding his filling/needed root canal. She explained thoroughly what she believes happened with his tooth. I feel better about it, as does my husband, due to her taking the time to show us the x-ray and going over the details with us. I just left the practice, Dr. Cruz makes you feel very uncomfortable, she's very preachy and rigid. Staff doesn't seem to like small talk and Dr. Cruz talks too much. Never took my other medical conditions and pain tolerance seriously and i always left me in pain.
Love doctor Cruz and her staff. She is very gentle and for someone terrified of the dentist like myself really helps with having to go.
