Great Dr. Great man. I wish I'd have found him earlier in life. Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD.
It's been a little less than a year since I've been going to Dr. Cruz for my ADHD issues. He's been very kind, patient, & making sure the meds are still working and not causing any negative side effects. Ms. Brenda is usually the only person working at the front desk, so it can be challenging with her answering calls immediately. I've not had any problems leaving a message & having her call back. She is very sweet & helpful.
I highly recommend the offices of Jacob A Cruz. The lady who answers the phone there (Brenda) is an absolute SAINT! She's so sweet, she made me feel cared for after trying all day, calling around to get an appointment. She said that it's just her in the office but she tries her best to get back with patients, the treatment I received was night and day in comparison to some of the other places I tried to contact.
