It's been a little less than a year since I've been going to Dr. Cruz for my ADHD issues. He's been very kind, patient, & making sure the meds are still working and not causing any negative side effects. Ms. Brenda is usually the only person working at the front desk, so it can be challenging with her answering calls immediately. I've not had any problems leaving a message & having her call back. She is very sweet & helpful.
I highly recommend the offices of Jacob A Cruz. The lady who answers the phone there (Brenda) is an absolute SAINT! She's so sweet, she made me feel cared for after trying all day, calling around to get an appointment. She said that it's just her in the office but she tries her best to get back with patients, the treatment I received was night and day in comparison to some of the other places I tried to contact. I love Dr. Cruz! I have been with him for 4 years. I like how he ignores what previous psychiatrists have diagnosed me with and let's me tell my life story. I told him once that I can't have meds that have weight gain or insomnia as side effects and he listened and remembers. I have been through so many different meds and unlike past psychiatrists who would tell me they don't have anything else to prescribe he has always been patient with me.
