I enjoyed talking with Tina and Dr Liz Cruz wellness today. They gave me tips and addressed issues about my gut health that I have been trying to get solved with my doctors but they haven’t been listening to me but with Tina and Dr Liz Cruz Wellness they took the time out to listen and ask questions and offer help and solutions to get to the root causes and I felt seen and heard. I’m looking forward to working with the team and doing my part to restore my gut health.
An incredibly informative and inspiring nutritional introduction from a uniquely knowledgeable and truly caring guide. Tina takes the time to learn about you as an individual and your daily nutritional habits, no matter how awful, with no judgment. I learned a few healthier techniques to incorporate and identified a supplemental strategy that I’m excited to try.
