Messes up paperwork so that people don't get their medication and then absondons the person and reduced to see them and tells them they can't come back to the hospital.
Dr Cruz is a misogynistic quack at best and actively malicious at worse. They do not hold up the tenets they are sworn to in their hippocratric oath and should be stripped of their license to practice medicine. Cruz will ignore your needs, deny you your medicine, and blame you for it. Cruz shouldn't be responsible for a goldfish let alone a patient. If you see this reprehensible, pathetic excuse for a doctor run the other way asap, you won't be getting help.
I saw 4 different Neurologists and this is the only doctor that could actually provide answers. He was amazing!
