After several quotes from different contractors, we decided to go with Cruz Construction because Jose's quote was the most detailed, he was the best at communicating with us, and his prices were reasonable considering the overhaul we wanted to do. We hired him to renovate our *original 1986* en suite master bathroom and guest bathroom and are SO glad we did. Cruz Construction & Renovation handled several updates in our home, including new flooring, drywall repairs, interior painting, and trim work. They stayed organized, communicated clearly, and made sure the smaller finishing details were completed properly instead of rushing at the end. The crew was respectful of the property, cleaned up regularly, and the final result looks polished and well put together. I’d definitely hire them again for another renovation.
