Dr. Villegas was not only sexist, but was both mentally and emotionally abusive during our sessions. I reported to my primary care doctor as well for further support on how to handle my discomfort. He repeated kept telling me that I didn't want to be diagnosed, (after repeatedly returning for multiple sessions on neuropsych testing that was suppose to be completed in one sitting.) Amazing psychologist!! Very friendly and great service.
This review is from my visit 2 decades ago. I had what I call a nervous breakdown in 2012. I had no idea what I was experiencing and it was debilitating. This was my first psychological appointment I had ever been to. I sat on his couch and after a few minutes he said that I like being depressed. I left there and bawled my eyes out.
