Very frustrated over prescriptions. Made a mistake, they did not fill them all like they were supposed to. I called back, and ended up waiting 48 hours, and one of them is an addictive drug. They don't take it seriously that you'll go into a withdrawal, possibly relapse, or possibly a hospital bed without the drug. Whether it's their mistake, or mine, I understand mistakes happen, but they should be corrected, not in 48 hours! Not when it's a dangerous drug. Zero Stars. The Office/Administrative staff is rude and unprofessional. The professional staff at least Dr. Sidhu and Orlando are good. They need to fire their administrative staff and start over. Whoever answers the phones especially.
