Very friendly and fast!!
Best car experience I have ever had. I traded my Lexus for another Lexus and they gave me $1,000 more for my trade than CarMax was prepared to give me. I was in and out in under 2 hours and I LOVE my new Lexus 200T, which was also a steal, fully loaded and only $1,500 over the asking price for a base model I was considering buying at CarMax and it had 6,000 lower miles. If they have a car you’re considering buy from them! No hidden fees, wonderful experience all around. I drove from Charleston and it was worth every mile.
