Honest, Fair & Fast! – The air conditioning business has a lot of companies that try to milk you out of every penny, but the A/C guys at Cruz Air & Electric are as honest as any you'll find. I recently had a situation where ARS wanted to charge me $6,000 for A/C repairs. Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion before paying that amount (which Cruz will do for free), and the $6,000 repair was not only unnecessary but it would not have even fixed the issue. Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! – Like many others in Houston I didn't have my A/C properly serviced in the cold months and when it heated up a little I turn on my A/C to have find out it wasn't working properly!!!! Cruz Air and Electric were able to fit me in that afternoon and fix my problem! From the call in to the technician on site the service was outstanding! They are professional and very friendly - I have recommended their company to anyone with an ac or heating issue!!! A++++++++++++
NO GOOD – The guy that came to my house named Adam, he was late, charged me 60 dollars and didn't even do anything. He seemed cocky and arrogant. Do not use these people!!!
